    put it in the sand and leave it alone. I have had one for a while now.

    Feed it protein if you want it to grow faster. I have never had one but i'm pretty sure that holds true for all LPS. Most of them have about the same needs.

    I feed mine cut up raw shrimp, a piece 2 or 3 times a week, Plus it gets what my filterfeeders get..

    I have mine sitting on a flat rock and it gets what the other fish get. I can say that mine doesnt like temps above 82. It didnt open up and the tentacles stayed withdrawn. Its tentacles come out much more at night so I assume it likes its meety food then.

    Correct. However, as long as fish aren't bothering them, they will learn to put out their feeding tentacles during the day too after a while.
