Does anyone know what is this?

    I bought exactly 2 same pieces of corals, one of them is fine and one of them is keep producing this brown stuff....at first it dried out and i wiped it off, and now it still producing this creamy brown stuff....is gett thicker and thicker! I just want to make sure is not something bad for the tank.

    not to sure if thats good or not, im guessing probably not but hopefully soeone else will chime int hat knows more!

    How long has it been going on? Could it be expelling waste? Could it be dissolving?

    if its new to your tank maybe it doesnt like the lighting and or it could be its slime coat that its shedding, some new corals seem to do this

    if thats a disk coral i would remove it ,brown paste diease can spread, it doesn't look good to me
