I don't even see LEDs on there. I run my lights all on from 4pm to 10 pm then LEDs from 10pm to 11:30pm

The blue bulbs are the actinic bulbs. The white bulbs are the daylight bulbs. Just an FYI.

I forgot to turn on the LEDS in the picture. I usually run the daylights from 7-5. Then the actinic from 5-10. Then 10pm-7am I run the LEDS.

    Is that good?

You don't really need to run your lights for 24 hours. I don't recommend running your lights for more than 8 hours. If you want to run your lights for more than 8 hours try this set-up: actinic from 12pm-10pm; daylight from 2pm-8pm; LEDs from 10pm to 12pm.

You will get a lot of algae when you run your lights for 13hours.

Are you suggesting I don't even turn on my light until noon?

What's your set-up for less than 8 hours?

What are your time frames? Because the anemone I have seems to be doing better now that only the Acentic is on.

Its your personal preference when you turn your lights on or off. try having your daylights only on when your actinics are on. I have my main lights on for 6 hours because that is what I like.

WuWu, I bet you don't overfeed your fish which helps with algae control. Do you run your daylights for 10-11 hours or your actinics for that long? Algae feeds off the daylight a lot more than the actinics. Basically none for the actinics. I was just saying in general less lighting hours less algae.
