Does anyone use Limpits Reef Food

I watched this video on youtube on how to make it.

It seems pretty good. Has anyone tried it? Good/Bad reviews? Also should I use frozen mysis shrimp or freeze dried?

 

Limpet is a neighbor of mine, well, a neighbor about 10 miles away

I use his reef food. I previously used rod's food, but I prefer limpet's reef. Limpet's reef food has much bigger chunks of food ( in the larger pack) and makes less waste IME than rod's reef.

 

Have you tried the limpit's reef?

There are a lot of foods out there (I have not tried all of them to be honest), and I used to think rod's was the best of all the one's I have tried, then I tried the limpit's reef and liked it much better than rod's.

 

I have always wanted to try making limpit's food, but I am honestly to lazy to make it. I seem to fell that breaking off pieces of mysis, squid, reef plankton, cyclops, and krill is easier...I will give limpits a try this weekend. I think I can find time for it.

 

I do need to add that Limpet sells his food locally. I love saving money, but making my own food is something i probably wouldn't do.

I let Mr. ziploc baggie himself make it and I pay him for it

 

does limpit sell/ship his food? if so how do you get it?

 

Yes he sells it, locally at least.

Several stores in the area sell it. See if he will ship it to you.
