I just mixed some Coral Frenzy in with about a cup of my water in a separate container and mixed for awhile and dumped it into my tank.

The tank water was kinda brown for like 3 minutes and now kinda cloudy?

Does it turn back to normal after a little?

    Is it worth it?

    Thanks.

I use coral frenzy and never had a problem with cloudy water. Good product.

LPS in the wild get far more particulate feeds then that off chunky meaty types. It's reefers that prefer chunkier and meatier types for LPS ;)

Will this help my clam also?

My water is still kinda cloudy but I think its clearing up somewhat nicely.

I have used coral freenzy for the last year and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I have seen wonderful growth rates with my corals, both my SPS and LPS. I also found clams like it also!

How big is your tank? I found it best to use less then the recommended dose. For my size tank you are supposed to use 1/4 tsp (135) three times a week. I only do about 1/4 tsp in a week or so divided into multiple doses.

I turn off my pumps and target feed the corals with a turkey baster. You will see the particles floating in the water until it all filters out. There is oyster eggs, rotifers and other stuff that you will see.

I would cut back the feedings but yeah it is worth it IMO

Nice! So should I wait and use it every other week in my 29 gallon and on the alternating week use DT?
