i noticed my new yellow tang's poop is like.. greenish colored straws . it's not just one solid piece of thing coming out, it's like.. lots and lots of split strings hanging -__-

the tang eats alot and is active, is the poop normal for yellow tangs? :-X

you need to change your signature now Yheartsp - I know you have a 190 gallon tank now, so that 22 gallon nano reef your displaying is misleading

tangs eat a lot of veggies , algae etc, so its common for them to have green coloured poop instead of the normal brown and yes I have seen some tangs dropping cluster poops
and again this is typical IME for fish that do eat a lot of vegetable matter

yup, normal. My kole and Yellow are the same way ... lots of algae, veggie flake, and seaweed.
