I know most folks don't keep damsels after the first few months in this hobby when they realize that they will terrorize most of the other fish they want to add to the tank. I keep a few damsels in our grow out and holding tanks as it seems to help the systems run a bit better with some fish waste in them. We got in some new nems in the last couple of weeks and this little domino took to one 10mins after going in the tank. Just thought I'd share a couple photos. There are always threads trying to get clown fish and nems to host, so I thought it was fun to see something that wasn't "orange" being hosted.

Yup...damsels are lumped into the same "group" of anemone fishes with clown fish. This does happen to be it's natural host, so I suppose that helps.

Exactly what Reef-a-holic said. Domino Damsels are part of the anemone fish groups and will bond with the Anemone. Still, that is tooo coool. Thanks for sharing it with us.

I actually love damsels...I wish they were just a little more compatible with others. They are some truely beatiful fish. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Agreed...over the years I've had some really cool ones...seems like the neater looking they are the more aggressive they are as adults, LOL!
