Looks really really good grinder, congrats on it finally getting to the autopilot stage.

Cabbage looks like it's getting huge. The coralline algae purple looks good with the colors of the GSP and the other soft corals.

    New camera?

If they have a dog or cat, I'd recommend you start referring to it as their "fluffy flower" or the like ;)

    Sump/fuge online!

After all these years,I finally got a sump/fuge with a decent skimmer.

I found a complete 29 gal setup with overflow on craigs for next to nothing. It was a little rough, but I added a little elbow grease and a few mods and voila'.

My short stand wouldn't allow the skimmer to fit underneath,so now it's a redneck side sitter on stolen milk crates ;).I always wanted a display fuge anyhow, lol

I painted the back black and wanted the fuge side painted to prevent light spill, but ran out of black,so I used what I had (olive drab green) for the side, but hey,it matches the walls and will be green with algae anyway ;).

The skimmer is a berlin classic (old school) triple pass with a mag 7 instead of the mag 5,along with a couple mods (thanks youtube). In just the first few hours it has pulled more thick gunk than my remora could in a week. And no microbubbles!!!

Got a stock up order in from BRS and must say they have killer rock!
I am more than pleased and this "reef saver" dry rock is some of the best looking most porus rock i've seen.

Macros, pods and a better return pump are all due in tomorrow.8)

Still gotta move some gear over,do some tweakin and add some rock to the sump, but here she is!

Congratulations Grinder, not that I had any doubt you could do it, but it looks awesome.

Is that a piece of Red Montipora I see in the tank?

So now you have a sump, what next?

    ATO, dosing pump??????
