I've never had any problem with them. In fact, if you live in a rural area ups and other parcel companies often sub them out because it would cost too much to deliver 1 package out in the sticks.

Update! Everything made it except 2 Yuma polyps(Rainbow Yuma, Blue Yuma). The other 3 Blue Yuma polyps have lost a lot of color but im hoping theyll pull through. Acans, Zoas, and Hammer are all fine and opened up after an hour in the tank. The seller is refunding the Rainbow yuma. Very propper of him. I was expecting the worst as i have never gotten coral in the mail. Learned a lot! No USPS!

I am so happy for you. I know what you went through. For over 30 years, I was a CPA with many of my clients living out of town. I have used all of the overnight services. Believe me the Post Office is no worse than UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL or any of the smaller outfits. They all make mistakes, but what is most irritating is how they deal with those mistakes.

If only you could get a straight answer, you could live with that. But double talk, incomeptence, and even downright lies, that's a whole different story.

Anyway, I am glad it all worked out. Can't wait to see the pictures of your new corals.

USPS is not my favorite either. Once they sent my package to the wrong house and then told me it was delivered to my house. Called customer service and they did not know where it was. In the end they found the package but it still was an inconvenience. And their tracking is useless.

    Glad most things arrived alright.

I agree 100% I used to work at UPS and many workers would throw, kick open, & damage packages on purpose. But I'm sure there all the same.
