    im using 2 - 4 foot WavePoint HO T5's

My skimmer is a coralife superskimmer right now but am transitioning to a Eshopps psk-300 when my custom 6 foot long sump arrives this week.

the transition was a lot of work, mainly because my old tank was in the way. it would have been much easier if the new tank was going in a new location, then I could have left the old one running while I built the new. not the case though, so it took some long hours.

daugher picked out yellow/purple dottyback at the fish store this weekend, I'll see if I can get a picture of him.

I need to add another 75 lbs or so, just waiting for my LFS to get his shipment. I am only going to add about half of the 75lbs to the DT and put the rest in my sump want to keep lots of room for swimming.

want to go slow, this is a BIG tank for me.

I need to get my custom sump installed first - it hasnt arrived yet :-(
and get my eshopps psk-300 running before I add any new tank mates.

would love a couple tangs, my daughter wants a yellow tang and I would like a powder blue. will those two be ok in my tank?

my clowns have races back and forth from one end of the tank to the other. they are funny to watch. the smallest takes off first and makes a run for it, and when the other two notice.... the race is on.

Haha that's funny about the clowns

Yeah a yellow and a powder blue would get along with every body :) The key with tangs is to be careful about adding multiple tangs of the same body type. There are certain instances where tangs get along fine in larger tanks, but I'd avoid it just to be safe. In the wild, tangs can travel in massive schools. But constrict their space in a tank they'll turn territorial to tangs of their body type. Like putting a powder blue and a powder brown together. Or a yellow tang and purple tang. Yeah don't do that ;)

Got any pictures of your sump? What did you end up paying for it?
