Doser made from fish acclimation kit

just made the easiest drip doser. just used a short glass and the fish acclimation kit from drs. foster and smith. ;D one drop every five seconds

 

where are the images of this set up and working Crusty?

I don't see why this doesn't work. If you have your drops per minute figured out, this would work just as good as the jugs/pump/hose valve configuration. Just make sure you keep drops under check.

I'm also trying to figure out a way to automate my dosing. I may build something this week or this weekend.

This is actually the way I've been dosing lately, just with a plastic cup instead of the fancy-schmancy glass you've got.

 

hahahah i actually got this glass in a set on the curb around the corner! hahaha
yeah it is working.

 

I use a small variation from that theme, ... a small plastic container with the hose tightly fit in the bottom if it so I don't have to get the siphon started every time... pour in what you want and let it drip...
