Dosing pump question

    I am setting one up about the same as the video that is on youtube. Its about the drip rate time and a bit of math but as far as I see it is not bad to do. I have only seen good things about tom aqualifter.

    Well it says .22l/m which is 220 ml/m. So if all you are dosing is 30 ml then you will have a heck of a time getting a accurate dose. Less than 10 seconds. Dosing pumps are much much slower. More like 10 ml/m.

    Also, if you get real dosing pumps, you do not need 3. You only need to dose alk and cs. Mg is depleted very very slowly and can be dosed one shot periodically. BRS method is to dose a gallon of alk and ca and when they are done dose 20 oz of MG. We are talking 1-2-3 months depending and MG will only be down 50 points.
