What exactly is dozing and how should it be done

For instance I have a 46G bfa it will have some fish but will be primarily stocked with corals

So what kind of Rosing scedual would be ideal and what would I dose with.

What kind of corals? For instance, if you grow softies and zoanthids, you won't really need to dose anything. On the other hand, if you are growing LPS and SPS stoney corals, then you might need to dose Calcium, Alkalinity, and Magnesium.

Then do a partial waterchange once your nitrates get to 15~20. The salt mix will replenish any elements that have been used up by your corals.

you shouldnt be doing this unless your testing levels, your tank will be better off without dosing then it would be dosing blindly IMO.
cant test for it= dont dose for it.

+1 to this. You shouldn't put anything in your tank that you can't test for.

And for soft corals you don't need to dose anything.
