Both, One broke and added three more fans.

 

These set of lights fit my budget that is why i am going to get them.

Lunatik where did you get the replacement fans?
That sounds like a very good idea to replace them as to prevent a fire.

It was the metal halide ballasts that burned down peoples houses not the fans.

 

I bought them at TigerDirect, which is a computer store in Miami. I looked for the fans at Radio Shack but they dont have them. I would also put a bigger fan( 4" ) to cool the ballasts when working. Thats what I have.
