I can't say for sure where the pyramid snails came from, so I don't want to jump to any conclusions. I just have my suspicions. Regardless of the pyramid's, I'll just say this was my only bad experience with Reef Cleaners in the 4 or so years I've been ordering from John. I've always had great experiences with them and still plan to order the other half of my CuC that didn't survive when the weather warms up. It was kind of a crap shoot, though because I did order in the middle of winter I suppose.. Then again, if it's too cold for the livestock to survive in a thin cardboard box with small heatpack, it shouldn't be shipped..

Anyway, I've got pyramids - Need to get rid of them. My limited amount of searching around doesn't tell me much. It seems like manual removal is the only way to get rid of them and the survival chances still look bleak. Does anyone have any experience with these guys?

It is not necessarily a death sentence for the clams. But you do need to do a thorough search and destroy mission immediately to eradicate them. You will also need to inspect your clams often and remove any that you find. Manual removal seems to be the most effective.

Sorry to hear of the invasion.

Tank looks great and as always you have a kicking automation set up.
