Thought i'd update this with some pictures. I was having a problem with the crushed coral substrate I had in there, So I decided to remove it all via a mini bucket and an ice fishing hole scoop. And since I was doing this I thought I might as well also re-aquascape a bit. I wanted a bit taller of a profile for the rocks in the tank with maximum cave space. I also wanted to Isolate my GSP's since they're growing wicked fast.

Better to get rid of the crushed coral sooner than later.

    Picked up some new Livestock

I have some new arrivals to the tank!!! Had them for about a week so far and everything seems to be going well.

New Zoas. I've affixed one of them to the back glass so I can get a zoa carpet started:

-The other is brown with brown skirts and bubble-gum pink centers, very cool:

Torch coral. I didn't think so at first but it's polyps have started branching, which is cool to start seeing a bit of growth already:

Acro of some sort. Brown and green. Had a mini-catastrophe when trying to get it off of the plug to glue it down and I now have 3 frags growing in the tank.... oops:
    -Main colony:

-All 3 Pieces (don't mind the clown getting in my face):

    -Sand Sifting Star:

    -Candy Cane:

    -Coco Worm:

Hope you enjoy! Anyone ever smash an acro before and have it grow back? What sort of success rate are we looking at? All 3 pieces so far have had their feeders out, so that's a good sign.

    updated pics and stuff

Thought I'd share some updated pictures:

Rainbow Monti when I first got it. It's grown to the edge of the plug already!

Closeup of FL ricordea. It's a great teal/blue color under Actinics.

Here's a blasto that i blew the flesh off of when I first got it about a month ago or so. It just finally grew back! I thought it was a goner for sure:

X-mas war coral that's bleaching slightly in some spots. Might shade it a bit more depending on how it does over the next week or two. Still trying to find it's place. Zoa rock in the background.

Big tall codium plant, rainbow monti next to it.

Laser beam chalice, this piece has been growing quite well over the last few weeks. Has some great texture.

Clam, it's really been coloring up:

Candy cane, the left head has been splitting over the last 2 weeks. Looking good!

adding some color to the new rocks i got from reefcleaners. They look awesome.

    Short codium and some grac

    Feather Duster:

Great example of Cocoa Worm growth i've experienced(since march):

    Looks great, Dr. B.
Really like the added rock. Fills out the tank a little better. Keep up the great work!

Thanks, I'm very happy with it myself. It also went from the bleached white look in those last pics, to a very colorful "live" type of look in around a month; waaaaay faster than I originally thought it would take.

I need to get some pic updates on this thread since some random macro algaes also started magically springing up in my tank since these pictures were taken and have started to fill out nicely.
