Well I am about two weeks late on the monthly update so I will try to post some of then new pieces I have been getting as well as the grow out of the existing pieces..... First I will start with the German Blue polyped monti... if you all remember it was REALLY starting to grow nicely, BUT I decided to add a couple pieces of Pohnpei liverock to the tank and as much as I tried NOT to break the monti the MORE I broke it. I now have it in a few places....

    Here is the original stalk...

Here is a pic of another mystery acro-the one on the bottom right-it has grown from a 1" straight piece to one that is totally branched out in a little over 6 months. This pic also show a small green millie in bottom of pic, a new blue millie and the whole reason I got stuck in traffic and spent an hour and forty minutes to go somewhere that takes 40... the TABLING green millie, its in the top center. It is the only millie I have that doesn't retract its polyps during the day, plus I LOVE tabling corals, and the mother piece looked great!

Here is a blue tortuosa, blue millie, purple fuzz and green millie again

Here is my purple monti cap and pinkbirdnest...

Neat... giving me ideas... thanks!!! Great pics.

What are "stag", "millie" and "slimer" called? At least at online shops, I'm not finding anything with those names and I can't seem to figure out what these might be short for.

Stag is staghorn-could be either Acropora formosa, A.nobilis, or A.youngei
millie is milliepora or Acropora millepora, and the slimer I BELIEVE is a A.formosa, just ask or look for a green slimer, anyone that has SPS experience will know what you are talking about, they are really slimey hence the name, one of the few acros that are really slimey to the touch.

    Thanks for the compliments!
