I got him like 2 months ago and am loving him but somewhere in my mind I feel like he is too small for a 75 gallon. What do you guys think? When he is 3 inches he will still be too small?

What do you mean TOO small? No fish is like really TOO small for a tank IMO. Just because he is small are you worried he will get picked on? or something? or you just dont like small fish in the tank?

All tanks are small for fish, they come from the ocean duh... Sorry couldn't resist  Anyways, you'll see him as long as he picks territory out front I guess. I've found most fish actually seem to for some reason. I guess they like to watch us, watching them :) No guarantees though.

Its just my opinion but I think having a big tank with more little fish is cooler than one with just a few big ones. its gives you more of a variety. But I see where your coming from, i got a tiger pistol shrimp and goby combo and they made there burrow in the back of my rock work so I hardly see them and there one of my favorite things to watch in my tank so it kinda sucks not being able to see some of the cool things we add to our tanks

I agree, i'd rather have more little fish than less big fish
actually id rather have a lot of big fish but, i can't have an ocean sized aquarium.

and i would also be kinda dissapointed if i bought a dracula goby that i never saw, I dont know what you paid for it but the ones at my LFS go for about 100+ bucks. there really cool fish so for that price i would want to see it as well
