For the holidays Egg-nog. Although last night was tequila :dizzy2:

Any other day: chimay, boddington's, Sam Adam's (seasonal and chocolate bock), the list goes on and on, and anytime that I am lucky my dad gets me some Spotted Cows!!!

You have to try Dubonnet and Gin martinis. Now it's not the drink of choise but it is very festive.

And WOW 2 or 9 of those and your toast

Sauce cook here. Yeah christmas NOT.

Got to be back to work at 6am on tuesday

Cody which Chimay did you have. There all good but "Gran Reserve" the blue label is awesome.

Back in the day my Grandpa and my uncle referred to Christmas as "the day of the lord"

but they where referring to Lord Calverts;D

We got a saucier, a chef and I'll continue to be a sous if matt wants to endorse a 3reef restuarant. It's nice to see others in the industry also in the hobby. Luckily we don't do lunches but Tuesday should be smooth twelve to fourteen hour day for me.

I've had all of the Chimay's. There is a lot of good beers from Belgium but there is something about chimay's. I love the gran reserve but at 9% alcohol it takes its toll really quick with how good it is.

    Happy Holidays EVERYONE!

I dont know, what ever is put into my hand. I went to a party last night and there was alot of ppl. (Family) Lets just say we spent around $400 on alcohol and mixs. Then we had a dude that is a bartender. He was mixing things left and right, right and left :p I dont remember. However when i first seen this post i was thinking. How about a shot of salt water? This is how you do it. Take a hose put it in a salt water tank. Suck vigerously on the end that is out of the water. Here is the trick try to get the water almost alll the way out the tube before stoping the water. Gl :)
