I've never even come close to having this many dropped calls with other carriers. Imnot just blowing smoke AT&T admits they're behind the ball because the iPhone is eating up all the bandwidth. They say it will be years before they catch up.

I have had more dropped calls since the iphone has come out, but it's not a huge amount. It's certainly not enough to make me want to switch, or anymore than a reasonable amount that other providers have.

I do travel, have from coast to coast and this summer I went to Puerto Rico. Even in remote areas of PR, I had great service. I am on the outskirts of Milwaukee, on the far northern end of what you might call Milwaukee, and I regularly go to my cabin way up in the northwoods. No issues there either, but it is not 3g from my deer stand.

I drove to California and back last summer, and I had good coverage even in remote areas. If it is bad now, then it will only get better. FWIW, I heard that same thing about ATT that they are "behind" on coverage, a few years ago. How many years will they be "behind"? Kinda makes you wonder.

I've had the droid for almost a week now. It's a good phone but just like any new phone it has some glitches. The screen display is great and the best part I like is the maps and the applications.

The slide out keyboard is difficult, but I guess it may be something to get use to.
