Drs Foster & Smith produce all sorts of pet products, from ferrets to fish. There's a bunch of subdivisions, one being Divers Den and another LiveAquaria.

I recently ordered 50' black flexible vinyl tubing from DFS and found it has a very strong rubbery smell. My hand still stink after several washes. Does anyone one if its OK to use the tubing for aquarium? should I just air it out? soak it in water before use? more importantly, i don't want my fishes to die of BPA...

    Thank you.

Yes, its fine unless you or the shipper got something on it. And also, they use to have a Drs Foster Smith Aquatics website just for fish but it got taken off and put it back to regular. Anyone know why???

If there is anyone in the Chicago/ Milwaukee area aquacave.com is based out of Gurnee IL. I had been ordering from them for a while, and when driving around literally stumbled across the builiding. You can order online, and go and pick up your product immediately. Very convenient!
