Just moving to another house. This one were renting has ac issues that aren't being fixed so it's time to leave. I sold all my big fish including my beloved sohal tang since I won't be able to move the 125 or afford the extra expense to keep it running. It was a sad day for sure. The reef tank is coming with us for sure. I kept the 125 up and running to transfer the coral while I set up the 75 in the new place. Definitely a lot of stress, I hope I don't loose much.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Boy good luck to you! Sorry to hear of the issues, wish I lived closer to help out.

There must be someone there that can hold your corals for you and relieve some of the stress of moving. That way you can set up the 75 and not feel rushed.

Thanks corailline. Honestly, I don't trust the fish stores water quality around here so I'll just put them in the 125 for a day or so until the 75 is up. My big squamousa decided to plant his foot to the bottom of the tank so that should be fun. I'm gonna take this time to set the 75 up to be a little easier on maintenance as well.

sounds like a good plan dsc. I'm sure with the 125 not following, that will lessen the amount of work for you. Good luck on the move!

The tank has really found its happy spot. Everything is doing well and colors are popping. Figures that the tank would do really well seeing I'm moving soon. 20150902_194420.jpg 20150905_160546.jpg 20150905_160427.jpg 20150905_160511.jpg 20150902_194436.jpg

I feel for you DSC. I recently moved a 100 gallon, though it's nowhere near as fancy and cool as your tank. You'll get through it. Just try to take it one step at a time. When you're on the other side and you're creatures are all set up again, you'll have another awesome reef you'll love.

And when the baby cries in the middle of the night, you can do some night feedings at the tank, too!

Thanks vinny. I'm hoping I don't loose anything. I think keeping the livestock in the 125 will keep things good while I set up the 75
