Thank you so much. It's been trial and error but I'm learning;) It's crazy to see these beautiful creatures grow and color.

Here's what a few years of growth, knowledge and stability can do to a clam. Lol. Before and after of my squamousa clam 20130110_204448.jpg 20151027_120505.jpg

Thanks vinny. I can't believe it's the same clam. I think a nice blue crocea is in the future plans;)

Ended up getting a birthday fish from my wife. He's small and beautiful, well see if he becomes a coral nipper. The colors are amazing, the pic doesn't do the fish justice. IMG9563411.jpg

Thanks todd. I've had good luck with them in the past. I couldn't pass up the color on this little guy.

A little update on the reef....A few months back I switched salt from coral pro by red sea to there regular salt (blue bucket) and I believe it was a mistake. I haven't lost any corals per say but all the colors have dramatically changed for the worse. My tank ran on coral pro from the beginning and I should've never changed. I've recently just changed back so hopefully a few months down the road the colors will bounce back. My glowing green spongodes colony took the worst hit as its green is gone and polyps are a very dull red. All are still growing but color needs to come back. Will update in a bit as soon as there's progress. I'll leave you with a shot of the squamosa with just the T5 tubes on 20151226_220055.jpg
