i got some marley zoas a couple weeks ago on a rock..they are super tiny but about 15 of them..on top of the rock there is a tiny tiny purple tip thing with what looks like a white head..whats on the rock is so small i can barely see it and i know my camera wont pick it up either..it barely even looks like a coral..

but heres why i ask the question..i notice this single feeder tentacle that comes out that tip of the rock, about 3.5" or so feeder tentacle..and i even blew the feeder off one time just to see if it wasnt from another lps releasing one..and a minute later it let another feeder off the same length..no other lps are around..

since zoas dont release feeders what could it possibly be..i thought it was just another baby zoa coming in but when i saw it releasing feeders it has me wondering..

on your snails you could try super gluing the top of them shut..

i guess ill figure out what it is after it grows a little more or something changes..

yea good thinking..ive never had a problem with them so i dont know anything about them..maybe look into dipping your corals before placing them in your display tank..im not sure if dipping them in coralrx or another similar product would fix them but ever since i started dipping mine the only pest i have had was one aptasia that i just found today that will be introduced to a turkey baster full of boiling water in the morning when the lights come back on..and its in the worst spot right by my toadstool, im gonna have to get creative and make a guard to protect the toad from the water
