Duncan-some questions

What Are the Ideal Lighting and flow for a duncan? I purchased one head 2 weeks ago and I have 2 heads and 2 more buds forming it seems to like the MH lighting But I feel it may be in too high of a flow area what do you guys think? do they like high flow?

 

Oh yeah I paid $35 bucks for the head and it is orange and Light green

 

What I have read says low flow and moderate light--but what do I know, I don't have one yet.

 

I have mine in moderate flow and they are doing fine. I think they do better in low flow and can tolerate moderate flow.

 

hate it right now very windy temp like 6 deg. wind chill -20 about ready to jump into my car and drive till i run out of road in the key's

 

mine did really well in low flow moderate light, they like to eat a lot to though make sure to feed them some brine or mysis a couple times a week and you'll have a really happy colony
