hi, my aquarium is so dusty,i hate it, i have a 200 (UK) litre and i have just finished moving my rocks about and got them into place but when i filled the tank back up and turned the powerheads on there was so much stuff floating round in the water it looked cloudy, i think it came off the live rock even though i washed it before i put it in, i also washed the sand. I have tried using filter floss in a cannister filter but it seems as though the more i clean it the more dust appears
what ca i do? can it harm the fish i want to get SOON?
    :(

Just let it run until it all settles. You might want to cut the power heads off until that happens then clean it out. Its going to take a day or two max.

The dust will settle in a day or so....

Sounds like a brand new tank. Congrats.

A piece of unsolicited advice.... You stated
For the future success of your tank, GO SLOW! The tank hasn't cycled yet. The water parameters aren't stable yet. If you can do the 'patience thing' and hold off on getting fish SOON, it will benefit you greatly and avoid a lot of problems down the road.

    Just my two cents...

    Good Luck,
    Mark

Why did you go through two cycles? It sounds like you had an initial setup, then added more rock later on which caused another cycle. As long as your tank is cycling, you should not add any fish.

+1 for going slow, and go extra slow and fight that urge to add stuff. and quarantine any thing you want to add to tank. personally i wont add any fish before being quarantined for at least a week. and good luck.

yess i bought the rock in about 5 parts as it was very expensive, one of the rocks had a few clams on which i didnt notice until i got them back and opened up, they were already dead and caused a big spike in the tank but decided to let it run the corse as i was going away for a few weeks and wanted to keep the cycle going, i got some chromis last weekend which are doing quite well, always seem to be hungry lol
    thanks for the advice
    all the best

I hate to say it, but you're probably going to have yet another cycle if you drained the tank to rearrange washed rock and washed the sand, too. Did you put back in the same water or new?
