I haven't had much time for the tank lately with work and school, but I got a little plumbing done tonight. Nothing is glued yet just dry fitted. I need to pick up another union and some elbows for my secondary drain line. I'm going to put in a manifold off my return pump for my reactor and have a port for water changes(a big thanks to Dbo for bringing that to my attention).

Yes it is. I debated on a Bean Animal, but that was going to be that much more plumbing and parts to buy for something that is close to the same thing. Seemed like a waste to me.

Got my plumbing glued last night. I'm gonna set the tank up outside to check for leaks, and clean it. I've got two more weeks of class and I'm planning an taking a weeks vacation right after to transfer everything from the 55 to the 75. Well everything except a six line wrasse. That mean little fish is going back to the LFS. It's going to so nice being able to add new fish to the tank!

We started the transfer last night. It was around 7 before we got started and close to 1 in the morning before we stopped for a nap. The 55 is broke down and the 75 is in place. The water is still pretty couudy so it's slowing things down a bit. I dug out my old hob filter to help pull the sediment out. I'll get some pics up later tonight.

Here are some pics from the move.

I bought two 27 gallon totes for my coral and rock and also had some 5 gallon buckets for water.

This little crab scared the crap out of me. He was a hitchhiker from a frag I got over a year ago. I couldn't get a positive id on it so it went into the sump and has only been seen once about 6 months ago until last night when I was pulling rock out of the fuge. I grabbed a piece of rock and it was under my finger and started moving.

I think my starry blenny was ready for the move. He rode out of the 55 on a piece of live rock and into the 75 on this piece of live rock.

FTS. The water was still a little cloudy I had just got my sump running
