Haven't done an update in a while. A few weeks ago I had a ballast go out in my t5 fixture, so I bought a pair of these

My t5 bulbs were due to be changed out in a few months and I was going to upgrade to leds then anyway so I guess it all worked out in the end. My coral seem to like the new lighting and I'm liking the fans that don't sound like jet engines running and their is a lot less light spill over with these also. Right now I have the blue channel at 40% and the whites at 20% increasing them about ten percent every week. I didn't realize how much I liked having moonlights until I didn't have them, so I ordered a Rapid LED moonlight kit that will be here next week.

I added a cleanup crew from Reef Cleaners about a month ago and I'm very happy with the service and their product. I have Nerite snails laying eggs in my overflow and on a few rocks so we'll have to see how that goes.

I changed out my Chemipure Elite for Chemipure Blue about a week ago and it seems to be doing a much better job at removing PO4. I had a little cyano on a rock that didn't want to go away with the Elite but the Blue seems to be doing the trick.

Here is a FTS with the new lights. I'm either going to move the clock on the wall up or hang my lights from the ceiling I haven't decided yet

I opt for moving the clock, I really like your unique lighting hanger. Visually, you don't want anything competing with the tank :)

I got my moonlights wired and stuck to my fixtures tonight. I'm glad I only went with two leds, because 4 of these would've been way too much. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic, I didn't feel like setting up the tripod and using my good camera.
