How safe would it be to put a dwarf angel into a biocube 29 reef? I'll only have a few Lps. Just torch, frogspawn, and candy cane. Would you guys recomend it?

Dwarf Angels are hit and miss on eating corals. 50/50 proposition at best if you get the ones listed as least likely to eat coral.

Sounds fine, but you'd wanna redo your stocking list. Give us 15 fish you like and we'll make a good one.
Here is mine based on your favorite recurring fish:
    1 Flame Angel
    1 YWG/Shrimp Pair
    1 Royal Gramma

Thats feasibly it, sorry to say. No chromis, I wouldn't recommend them as beginner fish and that angel will bully it in such a small tank. You'll also need to remove some rockwork.

IMOPE, they can be well-behaved if kept well-fed with a proper, varied diet. However, a 6" fish might be a little cramped in a 29 cube.

Yes but dwarf angel and 6 inches don't always go together:) Try a small dwarf angel like a flameback or a medium one like a coral beauty, not a large one such as a key hole.

    How's this..

    Occ clown
    Gramma
    YWG
Flame angel(LA says they get to 4")

I could offer a seaweed clip and feed it well. It's a small tank with an open aquascape so removal shouldn't be too bad. Do they nip at softies or just Lps?

They'll nip at Zoos and such. The chances aren't "hit or miss" or "50/50". Keep it well fed and occupied and you shouldn't have any trouble. However, add it thinking it WILL eat things so you won't be disapointed when it does.

Also, I'd kick either the gramma or Occy from that list.

So keep it at 3 if I go with the angel? That's ok. The flames are so beautiful I would be happy with one in a tank alone.:) would you recomend feeding small amounts 2x daily and an algae clip?

Seems like a lot of fish for a small tank. You don't wanna add to much more Bio load to the tank.
    In my BioCube I have:
    1x BTA
    1x Mini Maxi
    1x Bangi Cardinal
    2x Clown
    1x 6 Line Wrasse
    1x Gramma
    2x Cleaner Shrimp

So far everyone is happy and water is crystal clear, bio load I am sure at max at the moment.
