If your really that concerned about the fish then do your part and set them free from your aquarium, back to the ocean where they can really swim.

A 120 is fine for a scopas. A 46 is fine for a pygmy angel. A 120 will house them both (barring other large free-swimmers). A 46 is not enough for them both.

    my 2 cents

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I rarely have a bone to pick, and I pick my battles, but the above post is.....:p A 46 gallon tank is not appropriate for a tang, it's simple, short and sweet. I do not believe in buying fish with the intent that I will upgrade nor do I encourage it.

Let's just agree to disagree since neither of us will change our minds.

Sorry you feel that way.My point about opinions is the guy should consider who is giving an opinion before totally disregarding it. I don't see how helping others try to keep healthy animals can be construed as negativety but you have a right to your opinion. Also just so your clear my post was about keeping a Sohal in a 46 gallon and a Sailfin Tang, Desjardini and a Yellow tang together in a 90. What you refer to as negativety is just my honest opinion and the only common thread you will see in my posts is that I care. For you to come in here and label me as a person who just likes to attack people with negativety; nothing could be further from the truth.Maybe you should go back and read ALL of my posts.I didn't accumulate over 3 million in karma by being a negative jerk.

I see where you are coming from you are looking out for the best interest of the fish. But if my fish (Desjardini & Yellow) are happy in a 90 gallon I am going to tell others they can do it as well.

A sohal in a 46 would be a stretch even for me though.

I appreciate what you are saying as well. The main problem with what you are doing imo is the sailfin will reach a length of over a foot long and I don't see how he will remain happy when it reaches maturity.

I don't plan to keep him that long once he gets to big I will sell it to another reefer in my area with a larger tank.

    I feel I need to clarify. 120= ok. 46=not a chance
