Get some rods food, should be able to find it in indiana at your lfs. Its got everything, and supplement with seaweed/algae/nori.

You can buy special marine angel food in the frozen section of your LFS. It is high in sponge foods, which angels need to survive. I'd pick some up.

I'm a big fan of Rod's food also. My angels have done well with it. Also, Ocean Nutrition makes some of frozen cube food for angels. I sometimes use it just for variety.

my bicolor wouldn't eat anything for the first few days when i had him, wouldn't even touch mysis shrimp... but i bought the ocean nutrition frozen angel food cubes and he started nipping away at it right away! that stuff has sea sponge in it and i guess that's what they go for. it doesn't break apart like other frozen foods, it's more like the consistency of a hot dog and just falls to the bottom... ocean nutrition also makes a dwarf angel version of the food but it doesn't have the sponge in it, so i opted for the regular version.
