    Well here it is! My 5g eco pico! Just got this setup yesturday and will be adding tons of pics as I get new additions! If you have any questions feel free to ask! Once everything gets stable with the bio spira and flake food method, I will be ordering some horses off of ccritters.com

    Checked water params!
    I added a full bottle of bio-spira and put flake food in over a period of 2 days.
    Ammonia - 0
    Nitrite - .25/.50
    Nitrate - 20-40

    I will give it some time to get the nitrite down then when that hits 0 I will do a huge water change. Probly 80% knocking those trates all the way down.
    I then will move some zoas and a Kenya tree in there.
    Sound good?

    What are some safe tankmates for dwarf seahorses in a 5 gallon?

    Great tank bro, gonna be awesome for the horses. Not many tank mates work with dwarves. Dwarf cerith and nerites are the only thing that comes to mine. I'd also add a little fake grass in the sand bed for the babies, they seem to like it there;)

    I wouldnt put anything other than a few snails in there with the dwarf ponies. tank looks real good though. are you going to be raising your own brine?
