I think pipefish work with regular seahorses in larger tanks. A 5gal would be kind of cramped for them but I could be wrong, do not know much about pipefish here

    Nice clean tank!

Re: Pipefish. I decided against the since I heard they were jumpers (which surprised me), and I don't want a top on my tank.

I am a little worried about that internal filter. It has a sponge and a little bit of carbon in it but idk if the flow is too strong. I believe it pushes 80 gph but idk. Pushes pretty good. Will it move live shrimp and the horses around too much?

Looks great. I have been wanting to do sea horses for a while now but the budget is going else where for now.

Nice build... I recently set up a bio cube in my room and briefly thought about making it a seahorse tank but decided to go reef instead... I still intent to do a sea horse tank though;)

    New additions!

Here are some pics of whats new!

    Small clean up crew!

My brine shrimp hatchery! I also read they eat cyclopeeze but I can do both.

My zoos and Kenya tree. Everything is closed. The small zoos are not looking very good tho.

Lastly I want to get rid of this filter. It's so loud! I want something quiet and relaxing as it is in my room! Any good recommendations?

I will be adding more pics once the coral open!

From what I have read an inverted soda bottle and air pump. Put the eggs in there and in 24 hours you got shrimp. You also need salt and baking soda.
