dying BTA?

    No, I don't think he's dying. Not yet, anyway. Sometimes they react to subtle changes in the tank. My temp went up by 2 degrees last week and mine did the same thing. Check your temperature, pH, salinity.

    Is it squishyer than normal? also is it still sticky to the touch?

    its not sticky... its slowly inflating again... the clowns are still hosting it as well...

    Yeah, they only have one orifice. So what goes in, must come out the same hole.

    Is it inflating well again?

    Nope this inflation/defaltion process is perfectly normal. My bubble tip does it all the time. He deflates to discard the dirty water inside his body then inflate with fresh new salt water.
