about a week ago i realized that my coral wasnt opening up like it did when we first got it...we tested the water at the LFS and the phosphate levels were a bit high... they said that this might be why the corals werent opening... so i purchased a phosphate remover... today i was looking at the coral which was completely closed and there was a huge worm wrapped around it..the walls of my tank also have some tiny white slug looking things...i dont want my coral to die... theres like half of the corals that have empty holes like if nothing is in there...here are some pics...HELP!!

whats your pH at? Sometimes when you add phosban it will cause your pH to plummit down fast! Check it and see

How long have you had the coral? The flower pots skeleton is showing through.

if they are some flatworms they you probably wanna invest in flatworm eXit... that stuff works amazing and i can say first hand that my dad's corals looked 3 times better after we got rid of his flatworms! went from constantly closed to perfectly open on every single coral :)

Im going back today to check the ph level again. I cant take a pic of the worm because I already removed it. It was really thin and long and had a light fleshy color similar to that of my coral. I wouldnt have noticed it was there if it wasnt for the wierd way it moved, kindof like a slinky! The things on the back of the tank are almost like tiny suction cups and they dont seem to be moving but there are so many of them.

You can get someone from your LFS to come to your house and possibly fix the whole problem... =\

Thats odd being that mine has doubled in size since I purchased it. Takes a little more work then my others to feed but it is paying off.:)
