sounds like hydrogen sulfide poisoning to me... the reason he swims in the current of the powerhead is to get more oxygen.. could be ammonia but Everything would be dead most likely...
    just a thought

I have a Powder Brown, and he is as healthy as can be--Every morning I come down, he is swimming in the powerhead against the back wall. He loves it. I do agree that if you can see his skeleton that you should fatten him up. Add some vitamins (Selcon-Kent Zoe) to his frozen food and add Garlic juice to his Nori or Romaine sheets. I bought mine at Petco along with many of my others, so don't belive all of that noise. There are good and bad stores. If your Tang is not eating and loses color, then you have a problem. If he is eating, just give him time. They do change from dark to light. That is normal. Agree with the rest of the posts. Take back the Nem and slow down...Good Luck!!!

    Powder brown

    Unsure, of type.

Anyway i went on a week long vacation and my mom was feeding my tank.

Long story short=brown+anemone died "she said it was sucked up in the filter that has a gap of 1/16 holes"

anyway, i'll start braking down my tank and trashing the living things or taking them to petco around the 20th of this month so i can move it if i can't sell the system.. what a fun year it's been with my tank..

    Bye for now,
    Mike
