E-Cigarette?

I think everyone has to find their own way to quit. You really gotta want to do it too, otherwise it won't happen.

For me, I just went to sleep after my last cig for the night on a Friday, after smoking a pack a day for about 2 years. I just wouldn't let myself go to 7/11 or Wawa for a couple of weeks.

 

Cold Turkey worked for me once but I just didn't have the discipline to keep it up.

 

For me, it was only really bad for the first month. I don't even think of smoking anymore, and didn't too much after about a month and a half. I quit a year ago, after smoking for 4 years at least a pack a day of Newports or similar. I did switch to light cigs for the last 3 months I smoked, though.

 

Just saw this post. I was a 2 pack a day smoker. When I got back from Iraq my wife, and my future land lord at the time convinced me to quit. I ordered the Joye 510 electronic cigarette and stopped smoking the same day I got it. I have been cigarette free for a year now thanks to electronic cigs. Good for you man. This gives me hope. Day 3 now no real cigs. And I'm hardly even using the electronic cigarette but I think that's due to the flu

5 days w/o smoking. IMO, these e-cigs definitely work for me. For now that is;D
