    Not a method I would like to even remotely consider!!!! Plus I think it would be a bit confusing for my grandson and I would have an awful lot of explaining to do with my husband.......

    I think it is interesting that we have all these smokers on a reef site you guys sure do like to pick up the most expensive hobby's and addictions!

    To all thos quiting keep at it you can do and find a good support group to keep you motivatied for those times when it gets tough.

    About 5 years ago I told myself I would quit when one of two things happened. 1- Cigs cost over $5 a pack, 2-I had a child. My daughter is 16 mos old now and I havent had a cig in 16mos. In my experience the ONLY way to quit is cold turkey with will power. Granted, the first couple of weeks I was a real ****** but now I feel great, I can play sports again without feeling like Im going to have a heart attack, and on top of all that I save about $150 a mo which translates into... MORE CORAL!!! :) My advise to anyone trying to quit is believe in the reasons your are quitting, know that it is for your health's best interest, and remember the basic principle of mind over matter. Good Luck

    Well I am quitting today, I am trying the patch. I have smoked for about 25 years, tried to quit a couple of times.
    They just raised the price here in ny to $9.99 a pack.
