Are you adding any special nutrients to your DT? Or just normal maintenace?

Here is my radioactive green when I first bought it in July and here it is as of last week! Good light, good water and some nutrients and they grow like mad! Sorry for the blurry pics, still learning about aquarium photography!

Eagle eyes and radioactives are definitely fast growers. Last time I took some to a swap they were entire plug covered frags for $5 a piece and they came home with me cause everyone already has more than enough. lol.

tax time I am considering stepping into some of the more higher end paly/zoas. Maybe some sunny d's, hornets, stuff like that.

Very nice! They are popular and fast growers but they are desirable. Most reefers have them or want them. To give you an idea of how fast they grow, in my buddies tank we started with about 5 heads, 2 years later their are probably atleast 300. He adds iodide and a few other additives for them, but they grow like weeds.

Ive taken the jump as well. I have sunny d's, purple deaths, various people eaters, pink holographic looking ones (forgot the name) and plenty more. Even though these are all gorgeous zoas and palys, they grow at a snails pace in comparison to eagle eyes and radioactive dragons eyes for me. Just my experience though.

+1 on that, I bought some whopper and some utter chaos zoo's and you are right, compared with the radioactive zoo's they grow like snails! Even the Darth maul and bam-bam's that I picked up locally grow way faster!

I agree with you! Except IME Ive also found out darth mauls hate LEDs. They look nothing like darth mauls anymore. I moved them to halide lighting and they are slowly starting to color back up though.

+1 on that, top down shot, bam-bam's on the left, radioactive green in the middle and darth maul on the right. This is when I first picked up the frags, under 10,000K XM metal halide lighting.
