Today when I got home my wife surprised me with a huge green star polyp frag for my birthday. It's not until Sunday, but she wants it to be open and adjusted by Sunday. I'm stoked! Any advice on placement? I have a 28g bow front with a 24 inch 96w T5 light.

low in the tank. I'd split that bad boy in half and sell it then keep the rest as it does grow pretty fast.

    Thanks!

I'm a little nervous about cutting corals. I've never done.

I can't wait for it to open up. Wifey says it's wicked looking.

Let's see, I have a 29 gal tank with 96W of T5 also. I have some growing about 1/4 of the way up in a low flow shaded area and I have some growing in the upper 1/4 of my tank in a medium flow high light area, so anywhere will work.
