I cant sleep when i get off work, 3-11:30pm.

I looked about 10 more times but didnt see any meteors. I can almost swear i seen a star disappear, and another one got brighter than moved. LOL maybe i was tired

The leonid meteor shower is supposed to peak tonight. There could have been activity last night...But I would actually look tonight/tomorrow morning a couple hours before sunrise. Look for mars too while you're looking!!:) It'll be a little due south.

EDIT: 1am-2am is the best time to look too. Just like you said.

I watched for a little while last night but it was way too cold. I also found an article on the internet that said it wasn't until 4am- I was disappointed because I wasn't trying to stay up that late.

You say theres going to be more tonight between 1 and 2?

Yes! As in 18th AM. It's always confusing when they talk night and dates. Usually it peaks around the 17th and 18th...which happens to be tonight:) I'll be out with my camera...I'll try to post pics! If I can find my damn tripod.

I've had luck seeing the most activity around 1-2am...but there's definitely a good chance this year for it to continue into the dawn hours. NASA expects around 500 meteors an hour.
