How long has your tank been setup and what type of lighting do you have? There really are no starter nems, they all need a well established tank to survive!

it def. has to be established and your water quality must be great also....i would say a good anemone to begin with that i know clowns will host would be bubble tips. in my personal experience the greens are easier...but i could be wrong.

If you have to ask what a good starter nem would be then you probably shouldn't rush to go get one, but to answer your question I think the BTA is the easiest to care for.

There are no bad questions....only bad answers, lol.

beginner and nem should not go in the same sentence... and your system wouldnt really support a nem. PC lighting will not be enough to keep it happy. Some will argue this, but nems are very delicate and dangerous. Moving bombs in a way. If it were me. I would rock that biocube full of some softies with that stock lighting. Zoas, mushrooms, xenia, etc.
