    Good question, and as a new person I am glad someone asked it and there were so many good answers out there for it. Thanks to all who posted.

    I will ask, not to hijack the thread....but why spend so much on LEDs only to have them on like 40% power?

    Most run higher than 40%, thats just usually the starting point for people who just made the switch to leds. I think its safe to say most will reach about 80% to 100% after acclimation. Just depends on the set up.
