If you're wandering about the seaweed on Ebay. Here's a couple of pics. It seems like a higher quality than the stuff Ocean nutrition sales for $5-6 at the LFS for only .4 oz. It's darker green and doesn't rip up so easily.

This seaweed cost me 11.55 shipped to my door and is 50 sheets 5 full ounces.

is that live or dried like the stuff at the lfs?

I've been buying live Red Gracilaria Caulerpa and tossing it in the fuge to feed with, tangs love it they eat it down to the stalk then the hermits finish that off so it does really well for me, costs about $15/lb

It's dried like the stuff from the LFS.
I think they like the Nori from the oriental food section in the grocery stores the best... but it's hard to beat the price of this stuff.
Were do you get the red gracilaria?

place called exotic reef imports out of cali, you have to have a wholesale account and order a couple hundred bucks of stuff from them at a time though. a buddy of mine that used to own a LFS lets me do group buys through him at cost with a few others, I got a lb of that stuff a large powder blue tang, 100 red leg hermits and 100 cerith snails for about $90 on the last order :) everything has been super healthy and happy so far
