It also improves your cars gas mileage, cures your arthritis, cuts chlorine consumption in your swimming pool and takes the place of a water softener. Ya right! All it does is lighten your wallet. They sell you this thing then depend on the law of averages which says many of the people who buy it either are too embarrased to return it for a refund or forget they have it and move on. Thats how they make their money.
