    So, a while back wet-side assembnly of my MP10 failed. I've called them, someone picked up instantly, was very corteous and had replacement with return label sent to me via (UPS/fedex, don't recall which) at no cost.

    So yesterday, idiot me, spilled some water onto my MP10W slave driver. I turned it off right away, tried my best to clean it, but alas it's dead. So I called them, again someone picked up right away. I pretty much said right away that i spilled water on it. I figured they might be able to send me just the driver module and that would be less to pay for than buying a new one retail.

    To my amazement they said they'd send me new mobo and RF module for the unit at no cost if I am willing to pay for shipping. They said they do that for customers if it's first time they had water damage. Wow.

    Needless to say I am beyond impressed and happy.

    Just wanted to share.
