Anyone have any experience with these? I like that they are modular, and would love to go with them cause the youtube videos and pictures I have seen are unreal IMO. I am doing a 24x24x15 cube dominated by lps, but might like to have a sps or clam for a bit, til it gets to big then sell it so I am wondering which is a better option,

option one with panorama pro modules

    1- 12.5" 6 watt Stunner LED Magenta/453nm Blue
    $49.00
1- 24V 60 Watt Transformer for Stunner & Panorama Pro
    $36.95
    1- 4-Way Splitter w/Switches
    $12.95
2- Panorama Pro LED Module 24V- 19 Watt 12K White
    $178.00
    Inline LED Dimmer 12-24 volt
    $14.95
    total cost with shipping
    311.16

    or option 2 all stunners

    1- 12.5" 6 watt Stunner LED Magenta/453nm Blue
    $49.00
1- 24V 60 Watt Transformer for Stunner & Panorama Pro
    $36.95
    4-Way Splitter w/Switches
    $12.95
    Inline LED Dimmer 12-24 volt
    $14.95
    2- 12.5" 6 watt Stunner LED 8000K White
    $98.00
    1- 12.5" 6 watt Stunner LED 445nm Blue
    $49.00
    total cost with shipping
    $279.09

Neither of those will provide enough light for coral growth.

You need 120+ Watts depending on your tank size

I just bought 2 LED fixtures of 250W each on a 90gal for 500W total

    Hello, nanoMona.

Ecoxotic Stunner strips are meant to be accent lighting in most tanks (but work OK in small nano tanks as main lights). You say you want mainly LPS and some SPS. Your tank is 15" deep, so I would go with the Panorma modules. these are 19w, versus the mere 6 watts out out by the stunner strips.

Option 1 is 44 watts and option 2 is only 24

for a 34 Gal you need at 120W to be sucessful for even softy growth and spend $350.00 for a good one

So in that case would the set up I listed work with the modules?
    1- 12.5" 6 watt Stunner LED Magenta/453nm Blue
    $49.00
1- 24V 60 Watt Transformer for Stunner & Panorama Pro
    $36.95
    1- 4-Way Splitter w/Switches
    $12.95
2- Panorama Pro LED Module 24V- 19 Watt 12K White
    $178.00
    Inline LED Dimmer 12-24 volt
    $14.95
    total cost with shipping
    311.16

Obviously the stunner could be changed to a module as well, for an additional $40

Although, I see I misread your post. I thought you were suggesting all stunners or half stunners/haft panorama modules. I would go with 4 panorama modules. That would be equal to 76 watts.

its funny you say that as AI sol is only 75 watts and that is more then enough for a tank my size if not over kill. or so I have heard

There is no need to have 120w of led over a shallow tank like this. It's only 14" deep. 120w would bleach everything.

I am going with 3 boostled par30s over my 29g reef (mainly lps, some sps). It is 18" deep. I was going to get 4 panorama pro modules, but I was able to get these for a good price used.
