I have the red slime just in my fuge, not in the DT. (thankfully!). I dosed it with the remover, shut off the fuge and let it sit overnight with just a Korilla1 circulating it. The slime keeps coming back!!! I have done this 3 times already. I have even scooped out the slime, and it just comes back. Any suggestions?

so there is no skimmer or carbon running, in the fuge? is it the same product that i used? this stuff wasnt cheap $25. as long as it is confined to the fuge i would worry about it. i would try getting more flow in the fuge perhaps a hydor 1 in a 55 wont do much IMO.

Its just in the fuge section. Its about 20 or so gallons I figure out of the 55. The other side has the LR rubble/skimmer/ Phos reator and bubble trap.

I used the same stuff! I even used a turkey baster and sprayed it directly on it and left it. Maybe its not red slime?

Yeah, thats a clown in the fuge right now. Had to put him in there last night as I have three, and 2 paired up and were trying to kill him. Just waiting to take him to the LFS.

I have use this in the past with no ill affects but now I prefer to use natural way. High water flow and make sure all paramiters are in order.
