I have had a couple people tell me to stay away from using eggcrate at the bottom of tanks. For the people that have used it what are your opinions? For the people that know anything about it please fill me in. I bought some and want to put it in to make sure the rocks dont fall when I get diggers. However, I dont know all the pros and cons. Please fill me in THanks.

where are people getting the idea of just putting egg crate on the bottom of a tank will prevent the rocks from falling over?

Why not just put your rock in first and then your sand? That's how I set all my tanks up and the rock doesn't budge regardless of how many diggers I put in the tank.
