is it called something else as well?

Where you get it depends on what colors you want... Lowes and Home Depo sell 2'x4', white sections of the stuff in their lighting section for around $12. Bulk Reef Supply sells a black, 2'x2' section...

Well I went to Lowes the other day and couldn't find it.
Thats why I was wondering if it was called something else.

 

At the Lowes by us, it is near the florescent light fixtures, in the area where the recessed lighting supplies are. It is intended to be an insert in the florescent fixture. Take a look at the pic on BRS, it might help... By the way, at our local Lowes, it has been sold out a couple of times, we have had to pick it up when we saw it in stock, so we could have some on hand...

Michael's (an arts and craft supply store) sells it as well, in a whole bunch of different colors.

 

I couldn't find it at home depot.. It's not near the part of lighting that has all the actual light fixtures. Every store is a little different but I asked and a guy took me to it.
